Message from the Principal:
There is one more performance of Little Shop of Horrors this evening. The entire cast and crew have worked incredibly hard over many weeks to put together an amazing show. Please consider supporting their efforts by buying a ticket and watching the streaming feed here. Cast and crew members are allowed to have two guests in attendance at the event; tickets were distributed to students in school today. The guests of remote-only students can pick up their tickets at the door.
Our National Honors Society induction ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 25 at 10 am. We have moved it from the front lawn to a quiet, shaded spot near the field hockey field. Each inductee is entitled to invite two guests to the ceremony. We sent students home today with a flyer containing instructions for them and parking information and a map for you.
Prom is this coming Thursday! This year's event will be held outdoors at Masso's in Glassboro. The students are really excited; it is sure to be a wonderful time.
Enjoy the summer-like weather this weekend!
In partnership,
Dr. Vivadelli

Summer Programming for Students
Life Skills in Mrs. James' Class
Sheila Lenoff, Jennifer Stell, and Regina James along with her support staff and students worked together to make fruit kabobs for their integrated group. This group focused on various life skills that will be essential to learn as they approach adulthood. The students enjoyed this activity! They have been learning so much about the human body and the best ways to take care of their bodies. Eating healthy is definitely one great way to do it.

News from the Nurse's Office
Student health screenings are currently in progress by our school nurse, Mrs. Dreger. If your child is fully remote, and you wish for him/her to be screened this school year, please call or email our nurse to set up an appointment. Available time slots are Monday – Friday 1-3 pm. The nurse checks height, weight, and blood pressure; screenings are done for hearing, vision, and scoliosis (depending on age/grade of child). Mrs. Dreger can be reached at 856-853-0123 ext. 250 and/or kdreger@woodburysch.com
In addition, if you have received a vision referral letter in the mail, and taking your child to see an eye specialist would be a financial hardship, please contact Mrs. Dreger. There are coupons available for a free eye exam/free pair of glasses, and one of the participating providers is right here in Woodbury – Friedberg Eye Associates! In order to qualify for the coupon, the child cannot have any vision insurance/coverage. Your child’s vision health is very important If you have any questions, please contact the school nurse.
