Bulletin 10| Lent Term 2016

Information correct as at Friday 18 March 1.00pm

Signing In/Out

If you are collecting your son during the school day, it is your responsibility as a parent to sign your son out of school. Equally when he returns he must be signed back in.

A reminder to parents that we are unable to authorise an absence notified by email. If your son is unwell or going to be absent for any reason please do not email, we are required to speak directly to a parent or carer. Thank you

This week a huge thank you goes to each Year 10 form who have planned and presented four assemblies on the dangers of the internet and various social sites. All were informative and gave a clear message.

I am trying to complete the Year 11 Yearbook and would ask all parents of this year to check that your sons' have uploaded their photographs etc. onto their page.

Well done to the Year 11 and Sixth Form rowing crew who came 15th in their division at the School Head (they were racing against 18 year olds) and the Quad who won their event.

Wales promises to be dry ( and sunny) so hopefully the Year 10 boys' will enjoy their field trip.

As we are not having a bulletin next week I wish you all a Happy Easter and a restful holiday.

If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse. Jim Rohn
