Volunteer Opportunities

Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

The Teacher’s Appreciation Luncheon will be on Wednesday, May 6th. Please sign-up if you are able to contribute food items for this event. If you have any questions please email Dariella Polk at

Field Day Volunteers

Please sign up to volunteer for Field Day and for the Talent Show being held on Monday, June 1st:

First Communion Meeting

Attention First Communion Parents If you were unable to attend one of the March meetings, please join us from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. on Monday, May 4 OR Thursday, May 7 in the Parish Hall. The sacrament preparation process at CtRCS will be explained and you will receive the registration form for preparation and celebration in the spring of 2016. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions.

Mother's Brunch - Thursday, May 7th

Moms, mark your calendars! Founding Family mothers are invited to join their student(s) for brunch on Thurs., May 7 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall.

Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon

Due to a conflict, we have rescheduled our volunteer luncheon to Thursday, May 14th. If you have already RSVP'd, please resubmit to confirm your space for the new date.

There have been many activities and events which have made inaugural year so special! We couldn't have done it without you, so we would like to show our appreciation to our volunteers. If you feel you have volunteered 10 or more hours at the school during this school year, please join us for our first Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon. Let us know you are coming by completing the RSVP form.

*Please RSVP by Friday, May 1st. We ask that you submit one form per attendee so that we may get an accurate headcount.

Founding Family Survey

We would love to get your feedback and suggestions as we prepare for year 2 at CtR!

Vacation Bible School

Registration for volunteers for those entering 8th grade or above is now open. Registration for participants is now open (3 years, (must be potty trained) 4 years through entering 5th grade in the fall 0f 2015 Please register early as space is limited. Cost is $30 per child. To access this registration for both volunteers and children, please go to our website, If you have any questions, please contact Jill Dimiceli, Coordinator of R.E. and VBS, Registration forms will also be available at the Parish Office.

Catholic Faith Camp

Catholic Faith Camp (formerly Catholic Children's Camp) will be held July 20-24, 2015. Registration for volunteers (for those entering 8th grade or above) and participants is now open online.

CFC is a week of activities ending with Mass on Friday. CFC is open to elementary children entering 3rd grade through entering 6th grade in the fall of 2015.

o 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

o $25 per child attending which includes a T-shirt and snack.

We have a separate class for those volunteers children who are too young to participate.( four years of age to entering 2nd grade in the fall of 2015).

Familia is a four-year Catholic study program that helps women understand God's plan for them as a woman, as a wife and as a mother. Over the years, you will dissect teachings of the Church, written by St. John Paul II, on the family and feminism. We'll couple that with Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church to learn how to lead yourself and your family to Christ. In doing so, you'll find peace, balance and joy in your life. Important Upcoming Dates...Mark your Calendars!

Wed., May 13 - May Crowning - Students who made their First Holy Communion on May 9 are allowed to wear their First Holy Communion clothes.

Mon., May 25 - Memorial Day, No School

Mon., June 1 - Field Day

Before/After School Care Substitutes

Applications are currently being accepted for BASP substitutes for the 2015-16 school year. Anyone interested should submit an application and background check form to Mrs. Soliman.
