STEAM at Scituate

A very generous supporter of STEAM in Scituate who wishes to remain anonymous has placed a challenge before us: If we can raise $25,000 this year, this donor will match that! The Robotics and Technology Student Association (TSA) have kicked off our first STEAM fundraiser this year, lasting for only 22 more days. This week in Ms. Antonelli’s Writing classes students worked in groups to create a narrative based on a single image. Students then had the opportunity to share their stories with the class. We will continue this unit throughout the next few weeks.

This week in Ms. Antonelli’s English 10 Honors classes students are preparing for their first Socratic Seminar. We have completed several circle discussions together and now it is time for them to showcase their ability to have a dialogue about the literature we are studying.
