THE ADAPTIVE LEARNING CENTER

I am so excited to help this amazing program!

The Adaptive Learning Center is a cause that is near and dear to my heart. My 3rd son Dixon is in the program and it has literally been a life changer! For those who do not know about it... I am excited to share the program with you and get the word out.

The Adaptive Learning Center is a nonprofit organization
that maximizes the potential of young children with disabilities,
and creates awareness and acceptance between non-disabled people and people with disabilities.

Through the end of March,
I am SO EXCITED to donate 30% of all of my Stella & Dot sales through this link,
to The Adaptive Learning Center.
We hope that we can help someone have the life changing support that we have had over this past year.

our story....

Dixon turned 4 in November. When he was an infant, he stopped breathing due to RSV...after 8 days in the PICU at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, we brought him home and proceeded to spoil him rotten.

As the months went on, we noticed a developmental delay. He sat up late, he walked late and was not saying very many words.
As he went off to his 2 year toddler class, I worried that it would be hard for him to adjust and it was. He began to be labeled "the problem child"
and was having a very hard time fitting in with the class.
As the Fall went on, in my heart I knew that he was not in the right place for him to thrive and we actually began to see some regression.

That spring, we were told about The Adaptive Learning Center.
We took him to meet the amazing staff and teachers and knew within 5 minutes, that our prayers had been answered
This program was going to take the weight, of the past year, off of our shoulders and be perfect for him.
The Adaptive Learning Center has been such a gift to our family, the staff and our amazing facilitator Christina Rodriguez, have been our
angels. Dixon adores his new school and his new friends. He is thriving and making more progress than we ever even thought possible.

Through the end of March,
I am SO EXCITED to donate 30% of all of my Stella & Dot sales through this link,
to The Adaptive Learning Center.
We hope that we can help someone have the life changing support that we have had over this past year.
