What I learned about myself
I learned that I work more effectively if I plan things two or three steps ahead. I also noticed that I like having things roughly planned and not extremely well planned with exactly what I am going to do.
How I have improved on my skills
I have improved on my communication skills by presenting my parent presentation. I have gotten better at talking loud also at listening to other presentations and asking questions. I have improved on my thinking skills by thinking more deeply about my research and understanding it better. I have improved on my research skills by understanding my research better and also by taking notes in better note taking strategies. I have improved on my social skills by wring with my group. I have gotten better at taking different roles when working with a group. I have improved on my self management skills by planning things a few steps ahead.
What the most interesting aspect of the exhibition was
I think that the most interesting aspect of the exhibition was the part when the parens came to the quad and walked around.
What surprised me from the feed back I got
One thing that surprised me from the feed back I got from my group members surprised by by how good it was and also how positive the comments were. The one from our mentors surprised me in the same way.
What advice I would give to next years fifth graders
One piece of advice I would give for next years fifth graders is to always plan a few steps ahead. You can also always do a little bit of extra things if you have time but not too much either. Also even if you think that you have very much time you might not actually have that much time so always put your full effort into everything at all times.
