The people have the power

people bond together and elect others to present them
Federalism
The government separates national and state powers.
Sometimes they are held by both levels
Separation of Power
government power are divided in three separate branches
Checks and Balances
No one branch have more control than the other.
Limited Government
Our government have limited powers over citizens.
Individual Rights
The right to life, liberty , and the pursuit of happiness.
