-helps prevent dehydration and hydrate you


Tips on how to get more water

Water is the most important nutrient. At least half of the fluids you drink should be from water. You should drink at least eight ounces of water when you get up and go to bed and right before meals. You can also carry a sports bottle filled with water and drink that instead of soft drinks. Drinking water before, during, and after physical activity is strongly recommended. Every time you pass a water fountain you should also take drink. These are just some of the tips there are.
