Storytelling
Congratulations to Kayleann Myrthil for winning our classes Storytelling contest. Kayleann did a twist on The Frog Prince and added her own personal touches. Well Done! Kayleann will be representing our class in the 5th grade storytelling challenge this Monday.
Other students who participated were: Alaina Hansen retold the Three Little Pigs, Ashley Kessler told a story of her own about friendship and some challenges that come with mix two groups of friends, and Brayden Mikula told an exciting story Jedi tale complete with sound effects....awesome! All students did a great job. These students will be receiving an extra 100 pts. in the gradebook for their participation and fantastic storytelling! Congratulations to all!!
We will be doing a similar storytelling project in December with Holiday Stories. I am very excited!! All students are encouraged to participate in the classroom storytelling and will receive an extra test grade for their efforts!
