Welcome to LuLaRoe Nicole Foss and Team R.I.S.E.
Three months after starting my LuLaRoe business, I decided I was ready to build a team - Team R.I.S.E. (Reach Inward, Seek Excellence). I have experience leading teams from my corporate days, so I knew what it would take. What I didn't know was how much I would learn from my team members and joy and love I could develop for these amazing woman!
Team R.I.S.E. is a group of women who dig deep and dream big. They not only reach inward and seek excellence, but they encourage and lift one another along the way. Our team name extends beyond our team members and follows us into our business as we work with our customers to help them see the beauty inside each individual person. LuLaRoe doesn't make women beautiful. Instead it allows us to see the beauty we've always possessed and form a sisterhood unlike anything else in the fashion world.

Starting your own LuLaRoe business
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The LuLaRoe onboarding packages run between $5,000 and $11,000. The true cost can change a little depending what styles are in the current package and any add-ons you select, but that is a good starting budget. With that you receive 330+ pieces of clothing (6 styles) and a new consultant kit, which includes a planner and marketing material to help get you started. There are no additional start-up costs with the company, no monthly membership or website fees, or franchise costs associated. Outside of LuLaRoe, you will have additional costs for clothing racks, hangers, business cards, shipping supplies, etc., which will run between $800-1,000.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET STARTED?
Once sign up online, you are in the "queue." LuLaRoe Onboards approximately 250-500 new consultants every day and the wait is approximately two months. While you wait, there will be plenty to work on to get your business launched.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY INITIAL INVESTMENT AND WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
Payment for your initial order is not due until you onboard (approximately two months for now). You can pay with a debit/credit card or bank transfer. How you come up with the funds for your initial investment is up to you. Yard sales, personal loans, a credit card with 0% interest for 12 months, a family member. Do what works best for you and your financial situation.
HOW LONG UNTIL I EARN BACK MY INITIAL INVESTMENT?
This is totally dependent on you and how much work you put into the business. Some people make it back in a month if they are aggressively working the business full time, for others it can take a bit longer. The average time to earn enough in sales for your initial investment is three months (assuming an initial investment of $5-6,000). Most of my new team members have earned their initial investment within 6-8 weeks of sales.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN YOU MAKE?
You are your own boss, and this is your own business. Build it what you want! You can keep it simple and earn an extra few hundred a month or you can go big and replace your income and build a retirement. You net about 40-60% of your sales, which means you keep approximately $12-$14 for every item sold!
HOW MUCH DO YOU HAVE TO WORK?
Any job is work and in the beginning you will work a lot! You are learning a new business and figuring out your style and personal brand, but you will find your groove and a schedule that works for you! You decide when and where you work, and what works best for you and your family. Treat your business like a business (give 100% focus to your business when it's your working hours) and it will flourish! You can make it a full-time job or part-time...it's really up to you and how fast you want to grow your sales. Most of my team members spend around 25 hours a week on retail sales once they find their groove.
IS THERE A MONTHLY ORDER REQUIREMENT?
The short answer is no, not exactly. Your initial order counts as three months of ordering. After that, the company would like each of us to order a minimum of 33 new pieces each month (approx. $500-$600) to stay active. People LOVE these clothes and I think you will see you make your money back after each order fairly quickly.

- Complete the short online application (I'll email you the link).
- Look for a confirmation email with follow-up information, including instructions on how to validate your banking info.
