Principal's Message

Greetings Eagle Nation,

We are only a few weeks out from the start of school.


Some dates to be aware of:

August 6th: 2hour day-data verification completion date(See Below for more info)

August 9th: First full day of school for 1st through 12th grades.

August 10th: First phase in day for Kindergarten(teachers will let you know what day to come in)

August 10th: Eagleville open house @ 6pm

Registration Information

Student Data Verification is now Open

All Eagleville parents are required to complete student data verification in skyward. Please download the instructions in the document below and complete the student data verification for your child by Friday August 6th.

Schedules for the 2021-22 School Year

Student schedules for grade 6-12 for the 2021-22 School Year will be available in Skyward on Tuesday, August 3rd.

Eagleville Open House!

We will have our fall open house for all grades on Tuesday August the 10th starting at 6pm. More specific information will be sent home closer to this date. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Morning and Afternoon information:

Doors to the school will be locked until 7:00 am each morning. Please do not drop off your students before that time as there will be no supervision for them.


No students should be dropped off and enter the building at the main entrance unless a parent is coming into the office with them.


Elementary

Elementary students will report to the cafeteria after doors open at 7:00 am. Elementary teachers will pick up their students from the cafeteria each day at 7:35 am. Breakfast will be available. If you wish for your child to eat breakfast at school we ask that they arrive with enough time before 7:35 am to eat before dismissing to class.


Elementary drop off will remain the same as in previous years - turn into campus from Old Hwy 99 at the Ambulance station and pull up and drop off in front of the elementary entrance. Parents with older siblings can drop off here as well.


Elementary afternoon pick up will remain the same: please enter between the greenhouse and white house from Old Hwy 99 and line up in the car rider lines in front of the school and then winding around the old gym and parking lot. Have your child's dismissal paper visible at all times in the car rider line. Dismissal papers will go home with students on the 2hr day, Friday August 6th.


Middle School


Middle School students will be dropped off in front of the main gym after 7:00am and will hold in the main gym until released to class at 7:35 am. Students will have access to breakfast if they choose to eat. *Middle school students with younger siblings in elementary can be dropped off at the elementary entrance.

High School drivers will be required to park in the back parking lot and use the new sidewalk to enter the main gym through the gym lobby. Students will hold in the main gym until dismissal to class at 7:35am.


High School dismissal will remain as normal:

Drivers will need to move to their vehicle and leave campus unless staying for an extracurricular activity.

Pick up will be in front of the main gym for high school car riders.


Bus Riders:

All bus riders will be dropped off and picked up in front of the Elementary entrance each day. Breakfast will be available if they choose to eat.

School Wide Fundraiser

1NDone Eagle Run

Our school wide fundraiser is set for Friday September 10th. Students are asked to raise $50 in donations from sponsors to participate in the event. All money collected goes directly back to the students. In the past, The Eagle Run has purchased classroom laptops, computer software, library and campus improvements as well as student and ACT incentive. All students participants receive a T-shirt.

Eagleville School sincerely appreciates your support of our school.

Updated Dress Code

Our updated Dress Code policy is listed below. There are a few changes and we updated the language to make it a little more clear. This will be included in the student handbook in the fall.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Kindergarten Registration for the 2021-22 school year began on Monday, April 12.

Parents are highly encouraged to register online. The link can be found HERE (LIVE)

All incoming Kindergarteners that were not screened this spring will need to take a screener in the fall on August 4th. Once you have completed registration, you will be sent an email with a link to sign up for a time for your child to come in and take the screener.

The documents needed to register can be found below:




Documents parents should be prepared to upload:

  • Birth certificate or other official record of birth (TN birth certificates can be obtained by calling the Rutherford County Health Department at 615-898-7880)
  • Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization*
  • Proof of residence **
  • Current proof of custody of the child if parents are divorced, separated or unmarried.





*A list of all health requirements can be found HERE. To get a Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization, parents should contact their child's health care provider or the Health Department to schedule an appointment for a kindergarten physical. At that time, any additional shots that may be needed will be given to meet state requirements for entrance into school and a Certificate of Immunization will be issued.

** Proof of residence is current utility bills ā€“ electric, gas or water ā€“ with the parent's name and address printed on it. If parents have not been living at the residence long enough to have a utility bill, a lease on a house or apartment will be accepted, or you can get a statement from the utility company showing you have started service at the specific address.

**If you need a packet in lieu of online registration, you may pick one up in the front office during regular school hours.

Athletics Information

Fall sports calendar

Fall sports calendars can be found on the school website on the school calendar. Be sure to check out all of our fall sports dates and come out and support our teams.

Athletes

Information on Dragonfly(Link Here)can be found on the AD's page on the schools website under athletics. Remember you must have a completed physical and dragonfly updated to compete in athletics.
