What is OCD?
OCD is a disorder disease that makes the people think continuously about stuff that put them into anxiety. For example, thinking about what the boss told them earlier repeatedly.

How to cure OCD?
There are some ways to treat the OCD such as psychotherapy or medications. The meds can help control the obsessions that the disease features. The other way is psychotherapy, which is the most effective treatment. The therapy involves gradually exposing you to an object that you fear, that makes the OCD happen, and having you learn healthy ways to cope with the anxiety. Exposure therapy takes effort and practice, but you may enjoy a better quality of your life once you learn to manage your obsessions.
