Federal Court System
My Story of my adventures in the Federal Court System.
Federal Court System
Well, my adventure in the Federal Court System began a little like this. I had been in an accident where i was a victim in a crime, and I was unhappy. I took the criminal to court. So our first place of trial was in the District Court, or the trial courts of the Federal Court System. There, we had our first trial, the Original Jurisdiction, where the trial was heard for the first time. If there is an error in the trial, we would go to the Court of appeals. Days had went by, and then we were called back for an appellate jurisdiction, when a court has the power to review a lower cases. We have to make sure everything is in precedent, or in appropriate order and time.
