Exploring Health Care Fellowship
Now Accepting Applications!!
* Starting this summer, we are offering EHC instead of MED. By reducing both the length and fee of the program, we hope that more participants are able to apply and join. As with MED, we continue to welcome participants from mainland China and Taiwan. To learn more about EHC, go to viaprograms.org/ehc
Ideal candidates will have some clinical experience and are able to use their own clinical knowledge to draw comparisons between health care in the U.S. and their home country/region. Demonstration of solid leadership and organizational skills, proactiveness, flexibility, and an ability to work independently as well as on a team are important. A willingness to promote the use of English during the program is essential, as is the ability to discuss complex issues in English.

TESTIMONIALS
"After I had been in Stanford and SF as a student in the summer program, going back there as Nichibei fellow really gave me opportunities to deepen my knowledge on what I learned, do self-reflection, and especially to work with the experienced staff made me grew up as a better young tutor too!" -- Sopak (Pak) Supakul (MED 2016 participant, EHC 2018 Fellow)
