Michigan Model for Health High School Training: Skills for Health and Life
Participants will identify the foundation on which the Michigan Model for Health is built. Participants will examine the content areas covered in the Michigan Model for Health for high school and investigate skill-building methodology. Training will cover content areas and key materials used; overview of manual, foundation of the lessons, social and emotional health, nutrition and physical activity, ATOD (alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs), safety, and lesson plan implementation.
