Gun laws aren't the answer
It is a common myth in the United States that gun control has lowered crime and violence in other countries. It's been proven that the countries with stricter gun control laws also have higher homicide rates that gun tolerant countries.
Another Myth: Great Britain has strict gun control and high crime rate.
- Firearm use has doubled in the decade since handguns were banned in the country.
- Britain has the highest rate of violent crime in Europe, even more so than the U.S. and South Africa.
- In 2008, Britain had a violent crime rate nearly five times higher than the United States; 2034 in US vs. 446 in the UK per 100,000 population.

A proven failure
Overall gun control has been proven to fail in many different countries in many different ways. There has been a natural rise in crime as guns are taken away, and crime lords come to power to distribute weapons.
