Lane Communtiy College

Located in Eugene Oregon, Lane Community College offers a floral program with hands on work opportunitites for students who are willing to further their career in the floral arts industry. Students recieve an award of completion for the course instead of a degree. This is a great town to go to schoole because UofO is located here as well. Eugene is a college town and it will have great opportunities for young students.


In-state tuition is about $1,300 full-time. The student-teacher ratio is from 8:1 to 12:1.

Phil Rulloda's School of Floral Design

This floral design school gives hands on experience from the top floral designers in the nation. With their small class sizes and individualized teaching, they can help further one's career in floristry and design, as well as how to operate a flower business itself. Tuition varies per class but the beginner class is about $2,000. Phil Rulloda's is located in Anaheim California. Anaheim is home to over 300,000 residents. The city is quite popular containing Disneyland. Anaheim is not a college town, however, there are plenty of opportunities in that large city for anyone to find jobs and opportunities.
