CH-UH PTA Council & AVI Food Systems Feedback Survey
The CH-UH PTA Council, in partnership with the District and its food service vendor, AVI Food Systems, is gathering feedback from the entire school community on CH-UH school dining. This process will help enable the District and AVI to provide the best nutrition and service possible. Survey will close on Jan. 31, 2024.
This will be a collaborative process that will:
- First, gather feedback from students, families & staff using this survey tool.
- Next, host a forum in early Spring 2024 (3rd Quarter) where we will review the survey results.
- Finally, based on the results, work together to explore next steps.

CHUH Communication Plan
The District has adopted a plan for communications with persons with disabilities, which is available at the following link: Communication Plan. The plan establishes procedures to ensure that the District's communications with persons with disabilities, including applicants, participants, members of the public, and companions with disabilities, are as effective as its communications with others.
