E-WALLET INFO FOR BOOK FAIR
E-Wallet is the safest way to send money with your student for Book Fair purchases - no lost cash or checks!
To create an E-Wallet account, login to our Book Fair website:
Sign in or create an account for your each of your students. If you are creating a new account, you will click on Fund With Credit Card. If you have done E-Wallet in the past, make sure to check Fund with E-Gift Card Balance. It’s important to remember when you use E-Wallet, it’s the same as purchasing a gift card. The balance remains in your E-Wallet until it is used. The funds can be used at Book Fairs or online with Scholastic.
IMPORTANT: Many students who had E-Wallet accounts for the last 2 Book Fairs still have an E-Wallet Balance to use, so please be sure to check that out for this fair. If you created multiple E-Wallet accounts (more than one student), your unused total balance will show up when you login.
Once you have set-up an account you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You may print out the E-Wallet code for your child, but just know that I will see all the E-Wallet accounts on my cash register when your student shops at the fair. Please make sure you have indicated your student’s teacher name as that is how I will find your student’s E-Wallet.
If you need any assistance with E-Wallet, please don’t hesitate to e-mail me. I want to make sure everyone who has an E-Wallet balance gets to use it towards some fun book purchases!
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: We cannot use E-Wallet funds for our “All For Books” pencil & lollipop pull. We must collect cash ($.25 each pull) as those funds are spent on books from the fair for our library. Thanks for your support!
See you at the Book Fair!

Doors will open at 7:30am in the front. If you need to drop off earlier please sign up for Extended Care. Drop off for Extended Care is at the side doors of the gym closest to the playground.

For the 2022 – 2023 school year, schools are required to return to charging for school meals. Parents can deposit money for meals in their FACTS Management Account.

Snacks will be available for on the spot cash purchase for 5th - 8th grade.
PreK will have three lunch choices; two rotating choices, or a sandwich.
St. Teresa School does not permit food deliveries from vendors such as DoorDash, UberEats, restaurant delivery, etc. If a fast food item is dropped off for your student to eat at school, they will be asked to eat it in the office.
CHROMEBOOKS: 5th - 8th Grade
Please ensure your student is bringing their Chromebook back to school each day charged.
Students are allowed to wear ANY COLOR spirit wear on Fridays. All spirit wear must be in good taste and say St. Teresa School on it.
Ensure you are follow the Student Handbook on non-uniform days.
On full non-uniform days, students are expected to dress tastefully in keeping
with our philosophy that they represent to the community a positive, wholesome image.
Non-uniform shorts and skirts may be worn but must be no more than four (4) inches
above the top of the knee. Blue jeans are permitted if they are without holes, tears,
patches, or excessive wear. Cargo pants and shorts are permitted. To support our drug-
free status, do not wear clothing displaying tobacco, drug or alcohol related graphics.
Do not wear clothing that is too revealing such as halters, tank tops, spaghetti straps,
spandex or tops that expose the body above the waistline. Shoulders are to be covered.
E. DRESS CODE VIOLATION
If a student is in violation of the dress code, the following steps will be taken:
1. Parents contacted and may be called to bring the appropriate uniform items.
2. The student may not be permitted to participate in the next non-uniform day.
