Principal's Message

Hello Seco Families,

There is no school Monday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Please see below for next week's bell schedule. Periods 1, 2, and 3 meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Periods 4, 5, and 6 meet on Wednesday and Friday next week.

Parents, our next Building Community discussion will take place next Thursday, January 21 at 7 pm. Please see the flyer below for more information.

Our next PAC meeting will be on Monday, February 1, at 4 pm (not on January 25 as originally scheduled). Our special guest will be Mr. Vince Ferry, Principal of Saugus High School. He will be sharing information about Saugus as our 8th graders prepare for the transition to high school. Mr. Ferry will also be available for Q & A. We will send out the Zoom link prior to the meeting.

Honors Society information and applications for both 7th and 8th graders are now available online. Applications are due on Tuesday, February 9th, by 3 pm. Please read through the information letter for all the details. Here is the link.

As you may be aware, the Governing Board decided to postpone all student cohorts until February 8 at the earliest. We still look forward to creating opportunities for small groups of students to physically be on campus, once we have been cleared to do so. Please know that safety for everyone is our main concern.
