STEP 1: Online Students-Enrollment
Form for 2021-2022
Completed each year by returning Harmony Public Schools students
Parents must complete the process and verify student/parent information through Skyward Family Access no later than Friday, January 22, 2021. The Re-Enrollment window opens on January 4, 2021, and ends on January 22, 2021. In Skyward under the Family Access tab, you can:
• Fill out and submit the re-enrollment form
• Upload your proof of residency
STEP 2: Annual Harmony Public Schools

Each family must provide documentation verifying their current residency within the geographical boundaries for your campus. Parents are asked to either upload or bring “Proof of Residency” documents to the campus of their student(s) schools prior to the deadline of Friday, January 22, 2021.
• Current School year (2020-2021) utility bills such as light, gas, water bills
• Lease or mortgage statements showing a physical address will be accepted
• For a complete list, please refer to the parent/student handbook on page8.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT!
Dear parents and students,
For the spring semester, the Harmony School of Excellence will continue to offer online afterschool clubs.
- After School Club registration starts on Tuesday, January 12, and closes on Friday, January 15th, 2021, at 5:00 PM.
- Clubs begin on Monday, January 18th, 2021.
- All after school clubs are free of charge for all HSE students.
