Many people that suffer from suicidal thoughts or actions have or are feeling like they have no one and they feel like whatever they have going on in their life is to big of a burden and they just want their life to end because they don't know what to do . Also the first biggest problem that causes suicide to happen is untreated depression. depression is a emotion that is feelings of severe despondency and dejection this causes the brain to think the only way to heal the pain is by hurting themselves more. This affects many people, suicide affects various amount of people, let say a loved one kills themselves it affects the family leading them to mourn for he/she really had a connection with that loved one there are cases where they themselves get in depression.
The How and The What
This affects many people, suicide affects various amount of people, let say a loved one kills themselves it affects the family leading them to mourn for he/she really had a connection with that loved one there are cases where they themselves get in depression. It also affects friends they lost someone really close to them and for them to go to school or work and have them reminded everyday that they don't have that person anymore is really hard to deal with. This known to be a physical and mental problem, because you hurt yourself to forget that pain by more pain like cutting, biting or any other physical and visible issue or wound. It is also a mental problem during this time the person that is suffering from depression often hears little voices that are telling them that they cant and wont and try to put them down in their ear constantly fighting the battle within themselves.
The What and The Why
Yet we can fix this problem if you know someone that is suffering from depression or is giving you signals of it speak out tell somebody that you know will do something about it, someone with authority. And one tip is with your family have regular sit downs and talk about them and how they're day went. I believe this issue hasn't been solved because of social reasons many people don't want to be snitches and those with depression either act like they don't want help or don't know how to ask for help. Educational reasons too, most people don't know what to make of this situations aren't prepared when they see this happening . The number one obstacle for helping someone with depression thinking of committing suicide is... that person maybe stubborn and may act like she does not care for what those trying to help them has to say but in the inside every person struggling with this needs to and wants to be helped no matter the circumstance.
