Description about the menace.

Asian Carp, (Cyprinus Carpio) Are fast-growing, aggressive, and adaptable fish that are out-competing native fish species for food and habitat in much of the mid-section of the U.S. They were found in southwest Asia, and were imported to help agriculture and waste water treatment facilities keep ponds clean.

Where the menace was last seen

The Carp were last seen slowly moving upward to the Mississippi. If you have any claims and or sights of them, please contact your local news station immediately.

What crimes have they commited

they cause serious damage to the native fish population in the lakes and rivers that they infest, because they out-compete other fish for food and space. They also lower the water quality.

The punishment for said crimes

The state and federal agencies are monitoring the Mississippi river (where they have last been seen) and their tributaries for Asian Carp from moving up the river, to increase the distance between the waste above the dam. in order for this, the state and federal agencies HAVE THE RIGHT to dump chemicals in the rivers to aid in killing the carp. More information on this will be looked upon till further notice.
