Welcome back! We hope everyone had a restful and relaxing break with friends and family. Monday, November 27th beings the start of Trimester 2. Please note that Trimester 1 report cards should be mailed out by the second week of December. Counseling News

5.5 Classes

If you are looking to add some elective credits to your schedule, we will again be offering 5.5 Classes in Trimester 2. The list of classes will be released the first week of December. To register for a 5.5 class, visit the teacher of the class to get the contract. 5.5 Classes begin December 11th.

ASVAB

What is the ASVAB? The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. This exam helps identify vocational strengths and weaknesses to aid in making choices about future education and careers.

We are hosting the ASVAB on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 7:15 am in K-1. See Mrs. Oakes in the Counseling Office to sign up.

ABC Apprenticeships

If you are interested in working in the construction field, an apprenticeship can help you get your foot in the door. Associated Builders and Contractors offers an apprenticeship program with rolling admissions. You start working in the field right away and take classes at night. Tuition is covered and students only have to pay for their books. Applicants will need a high school diploma or GED.
