Ways to get up and be active & key points to be healthy.
-Go outside and play basketball or go for a run or walk.
-Get some neighbors together and get a game going.
-Instead of eating a poptart for a snack, grab a apple and some peanut butter.
-Do not drink lots of pop, drink lots of water. Your body is made mostly out of water.
-Get 8-10 hours of sleep, to keep your body healthy.
