On February 1818 was born in a slave house near the town of Easton, on the Eastern shore of Maryland. When e was just a few weeks old his parents were took away from him so we was raised by his grandparents. When he was the age of six he was abandon from his grandmother and never saw her again. when he was eight he was sent to Baltimore to live as a houseboy for his masters Hugh and Sophia Auld.(federick

Why did he chose to be against salavery?

Fredrick was a slave and talked against slavery. He had a News Paper called "North Star", which was established on December 3,1897 in Rochester, NY, and developed it into the most influential black antislavery paper published in that era.(

Frederick Douglass is know as one of the most know Black patriots of civil rights. He was know for his hard work on his newspaper "North Star" which was one of the most know civil rights newspaper at that time. He also freed laves while working in the underground rail road.
