Meadowdale Choir Resilience Project

In response to these challenging times, we are all asked to demonstrate resilience in different ways. Since our choirs first gathered together online in the fall, we have been exploring, discussing, and creating music to strengthen our own resolve in the face of these difficult circumstances. Please take a moment to check out our work at meadowdaleresilience.org and feel free to share it with anyone that might benefit from a little musical inspiration these days. Thanks!

Big picture

Power Outages and Snow Days!

POWER OUTAGES: Now that we are moving into the later fall and winter months, we can anticipate that utility outages will occur and this may interfere with remote learning. We have prepared a power outage plan that will be shared with our communities to let everyone know what to do in the event of electricity outages or network interruptions. Check out the plan by clicking here.

SNOW DAYS: As a result of being in remote learning, we are much better equipped to deal with inclement weather (think snow, ice, etc.) than when we were in a full face-to-face learning environment. We anticipate days when snowy or icy weather might require the district to operate on a late start schedule or close, school can still take place. Sorry kids!

After School Tutoring & Homework Help

For students who are interested in after school tutoring or homework help, Peer Tutors are available (virtually) to provide academic assistance in all subject areas. Bilingual Peer Tutors are also available to assist in Spanish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese & Korean.

Peer tutoring is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 1:00 to 2:30pm; no sign-up is required! Drop-in and let us know how we can help!
