Stress can be beneficial, but when it starts to affect someone for more than a week serious consequences can occur. Declining mental and physical condition can be a result.
Laughter
Laughter helps relieve stress by releasing endorphins into your blood stream. Laughter also increases your oxygen intake, which makes your body feel better.
Socializing
Socializing decreases stress by affecting our balance of hormones. it especially affects hormone called oxytocin, which decreases anxiety and calms you down. If a stressed person has sufficient oxytocin, it makes them more confident and grateful for their friends.
Who?
When you are stressed, socializing does work. However, the wrong group of friends could be harmful instead of helpful. When you're feeling sad, you should hang out with people you trust. Then you will generally feel more comfortable.
When
When you are feeling really stressed out and lonely.
Why
Because being with friends boosts your confidence and happiness.
How
