Facebook is not only a social media tool that connects in individuals and organizations from around the world but is also an effective tool for social learning within a organizational environment. Wikis
Wikis are a website where any one that visits the website could be a an active member. The main purpose of a wiki is collaboration and sharing of ideas, knowledge, processes, and products. Wikis are important in creating a social learning environment within an organization because it allows for easy access, collaboration and participation. The participants can collaborate on projects, share things immediately, research and develop, among other things. A wiki has an open structure that allows others to change what one person has written making updates and changes immediate as well ("Teacher's First", 2015).
