Google Chrome Extensions #2
Learning about extensions and how to use them
Issue #2
Chrome Web Store
This is where you can find apps and extensions to add to Google Chrome. I'm going to be doing a series on Google Extensions so you can learn about different ones to use for home and school.
Text for Dyslexic Students
This extension can be turned on and off for dyslexic students. It changes the font so it is easier for the student to read the text on the screen.
Check the enable box to turn it on in the extensions manager (see first issue to see how to turn on and off extensions).
Speak It!
This is an extension that reads the text on the computer screen. Just highlight the text and then click the icon on your extension bar.
Clearly
This extension takes all the extra clutter off the computer screen and leaves the text and photos that are related to the main passage.
