Students in Mr. Setser and Mr. Tankersley's math class completed their pumkin math project, which concluded with students carving pumkins as an extension.

Holidays Across The World
Ms. Hobb's art students created greeting cards for different Winter holidays across the globe. They researched each holiday and created a repesentation of the coordinating holiday.
THE LOST COLONY
The story of The Lost Colony (Outer Banks) has led to many stories and speculations surrounding their disapperance. Check out this article noting some of the backstory and history of these early settlers.
The Lost Colony
8th grade students participated in a field trip to the NC Outer Banks. Their trip included various sites and tours noting landmarks from the Lost Colony.
Students in Ms. White's class made pottery/ceramic bowls replicating some of the art work completing by settlers in early colonies.

All Aboard The Stations Train !!
Mr. Willey (8th Grade ELA)
Cross Curriculum Planning !! ELA students created products via dry erase, chart paper, and cardstock. Using the topic of water pollution (Science), students had to use supporting details (ELA) to justify answers.
Mr.Miller (6th Grade Math)
Students worked in rotating stations on the concepts of ratios and proportions. There were group activities designated to digital media, group, and independent task.
