After 20+ years of experience leading non-profit marketing and fundraising teams, Karen brings her special expertise to facilitate complex strategies for her clients, especially in the areas of creating successful products and increasing donor loyalty and value.
Karen’s ability to transform complex ideas into tangible results have been the foundation of her success. A self-confessed “data-geek,” she is a gifted leader who marries quantitative data with the qualitative cultural insights necessary to create sustainable change. Her experience managing a multi-million P&L bestowed her with broad and deep insights into creating effective organizational culture and design.
In additional to directing innovation initiatives at one of the world's largest NGOs, Karen’s notable achievements include leading nation-wide integrated campaigns, managing collaborative international marketing projects with teams in Canada, Germany, Korea, Taiwan, New Zealand, and the UK, and orchestrating national product launches.
