Workshop Highlights
Writing Readiness: Preparing Early Childhood Students for Writing Success
This session will focus on preparing young children for writing instruction through the use of multi-sensory activities. Participants will also learn about the developmental stages of writing and engaging activities for children that can help to strengthen fine motor skills needed for writing.
All BCPS Parents/Caregivers are invited to attend.

Policy 1270 Review Meeting
Baltimore County Public Schools would like to invite parents/caregivers to join us for the annual review of Policy and Rule 1270 titled Parent and Family Engagement. This annual review is an opportunity for you to provide input regarding the parent and family involvement policy. You are invited to attend any of the virtual meetings listed below. You can review the Policy and Rule prior to the meeting by visiting the Web links Policy 1270 - Rule 1270.

The Teenage Brain
Join us as we explore the world of the teenage brain. In this session, participants will gain an understanding of the research behind how the teenage brain works. We will also learn strategies and coping skills to support their teenager's academic and social & emotional success.
All BCPS Parents/Caregivers are invited to attend.

ESOL Liaison Virtual Office Hours
Starting Monday, November 23rd, ESOL Family School Liaisons will hold daily drop-in office hours for English learner families. These office hours are meant to provide families with a point person who can answer general questions about community resources and communications from BCPS. Specific academic inquiries will be directed to the appropriate ESOL teacher, DC, or school. Please help us spread the word about these office hours to your EL families. The schedule is as follows below.
The Google Meet (which is the same for each day), is ESOLFamilySupport.
- Monday: 12-1
- Tuesday: 12 – 1 and 6 - 7
- Wednesday: 12 – 1
- Thursday: 12 – 1
- Friday: 12 – 1

BCPL Has Your Printing Needs Covered!
Color or black-and-white printouts can be sent to the library from any personal computer or device for curbside pickup at any of our locations. Twenty pages may be printed without charge each day, and will be held at the branch of your choice for pickup for up to seven days.
