Prom Details

  • Admission to Prom will begin at 6:30 PM
  • Students will park in the large parking lot near the Casino, and enter the park's main entrance
  • While parents and other family members are not permitted to enter the gates of the park, they may line the sidewalk leading into the park to take advantage of photo opportunities
  • The Prom will be held in the area of the park with six pavilions with cement floors (see picture below). These pavilions will work well for dancing the night away
  • Decorations, snacks and other items are being discussed by the Prom Committee
  • Due to the pandemic, a formal, sit-down dinner will not be provided. Rather, because the prom does not begin until 7:00 PM, students and their guests may make their own reservations at a restaurant of their choice. This enables variety and also enables the students to choose the size of the group they want for their dinner plans
  • There will be a Prom Court with crowning of a Queen and King
  • Prom will occur on May 14th, rain or shine
  • Lakemont security officers will be present
