This week at Bend Boot Camp!
Dedication and consistency are key when you are trying to reach that goal or experience success. I know we all know what it means to be dedicated or consistent but let's remind ourselves just how important these two words and actions really are.
What is dedication?
Dedication: the feeling of strong support or loyalty. In this case it can be your dedication to feeling more energy, eating healthy, working out to keep up with your kids or grandchildren or just supporting yourself and giving back.
What does it mean to be consistent?
Consistent:
"always acting or behaving in the same way, of the same quality; especially good each time, continuing to happen or develop in the same way" -Webster Dictionary
As we encourage you to be dedicated and consistent in your health and fitness, we too will strive to give back to you our most dedicated selves as well as consistent and challenging workouts.
Just this week a current athlete said it best. "This group is amazing as they are not only supportive, but everyone is so dedicated to keeping each other challenged and the workouts are always different and fun."
That is just another reason we love what we do.
Get Fit. Live Fit. and Be Fit. Dedicate giving what you can each day and staying consistent in your actions. We promise it will pay off in the long run!

They have everything from trunk organizers, hand bags, wallets, totes you name it. We love them as they help us keep all our workout gear organized and who doesn't love to be organized.

Saturday Running Group is coming back!
Our Saturday workouts will be shifting to our Outdoor Run Group Starting on March 1, 2014. If you are a current athlete and interested in joining our group runs send me an e-mail at danza@bendbootcamp.com and I will add you to our FB Run Group page.
The Saturday Head to Toner and Yoga workouts are not gone forever but we will be filling in when we can to help continue to offer strength and yoga. Perhaps a post run Yoga/Stretch class?

Adventure Boot Camp class-visit our website for class times. Location Cascade Indoor Sports.
This is our signature class offering total body training in a fun and challenging class open to all levels. Classes offer intervals, circuits, strength and flexibility utilizing over 15,000 square feet of indoor turf during the winter months and endless park space during the warmer months.
TRX Total Body- M,W,F 9am at Sol Alchemy TRX Studio
TRX is a total body workout that offers 360 degrees of strength and stabilization. We are the only group TRX studio in Central Oregon. Non-impact options are always available and the class will focus on muscular strength, endurance, stabilization and cardio during the 60 minute class.
Yoga Bliss- 5:30pm on Thursday nights at Cascade Indoor Sports.
Same great class just a new fun name. Yoga Bliss is a class that will leave you feeling relaxed and in pure bliss! We take the Yin Yoga class and add some fun twists to it allowing you to open up those sore and worked muscles while still working your core. Adjustments and personalized attention is our focus as we want to make sure each athlete leaves the class feeling fresh and recharged for their next workout.
