All about the Judicial Branch
The judicial branch is made up of all the national courts. The judicial Branch oversees the court system. The Supreme Court is the head of the Judicial Branch, they rule whether something is constitutional or unconstitutional. On the Supreme court there are 9 justices. The judges are nominated by the president and choose by the senate. They also have no term limit. So they can serve for their whole life.
