Student Fee Payments and Infinite Campus Payments

Just a reminder to please make sure your student(s) fees are paid in Infinite Campus. Payment should be made through your parent portal under the fees tab. You will need to add your payment method under “My Account”.

Below is the BECS Student Fee Schedule 2022-2023 which can also be found on our website under “Student Fee Payments”. Please check your student's account throughout the year for any additional charges that may be assessed, for example, PE uniform.

Uniform patches can be purchased through the front office or online under “Optional Payments”.

PE uniforms will be distributed by the teacher at the beginning of each trimester if needed and the student account will be billed at that time.

Included at the bottom of the fee schedule are links to helpful information and “How To’s” on the parent portal and paying fees. If you do not have a parent portal, please contact the front office.

If you have any questions regarding Student Fees, please contact Ms. French, Finance Manager, at

Elementary Halloween Parade:

On Monday, October 31st, Kindergarten and First Grade will be participating in a Halloween Parade through the school and then outside for parents to see. The details below outline when the parade will occur, as well as the outside route where parents can observe the parade.

  • K-1st will have a parade around the school beginning at 8:45 am

  • The parade route outside of the school is found HERE

  • Grades 2-5 are able to observe the parade outside on the designated parade path

  • Grades 6-8 can observe from their designated hallways with the K & 1st graders walking down the two middle school hallways

  • ALL Students k-8 will be able to wear costumes, so long as the costumes follow the BECS Halloween guidelines.

  • Teachers may also wear costumes (criteria will be the same)

  • K-5 may have a Halloween party at the last part of the day (2:45 pm - 3:30 pm)

    • No parents will be allowed to attend the Halloween parties

  • Parents may line up on the parade path outside the building, however, we are not having parents at classroom parties

  • Snacks should be very minimal to avoid the many drop-offs at the front office.

  • Please do not send your student with a lot of candy on 11/1 to avoid disruptions to learning during the days following Halloween.

Fall Festival is TOMORROW! Games and prizes, food trucks, family photos, pumpkin patch, face painting, Trunk or Treat, and a haunted hallway... we hope to see you there!

Wristbands are required for anyone over 3 years old, and can be purchased at the Festival.

Thanksgiving Food Drive

The Thanksgiving Food drive will be November 1-11 and will benefit families through Almost Home. This year, they are looking for Instant Mashed Potatoes, boxed stuffing, gravy packets, cranberry sauce and yams. More information will be relayed soon.

Please remind your student to keep the device cases on the device. The device insurance requires that we have the cases on the devices in order to be covered for accidental incidents.

November 1st marks the day that all students at BECS must have current immunizations on file or complete the exemption paperwork. Students without this information on file will not be allowed to attend school until the paperwork is up-to-date. Families without current records on file have already been notified. If you have questions regarding your child’s immunization status, please contact Amanda Smith (
