The scientific revolution
By EDWIN HERNANDEZ ^,^ <3 ;**
what was the scientific revolution??
A new view of nature emerged, replacing the Greek view that had dominated science for almost 2000 years, science discipline, distinct from both philosophy and technology.
galileo
Galileo has been called the founder modern science. He was one of the first people to examine the heavens with a telescope.
COPERNICUS
the polish astronomer Nicolas Copernicus was the first person to state that earth and other planets travel around the sun.
KELPER
The Renaissance astronomer and astrologer Johannes Kepler is best known for his discovery that the orbits in which the Earth and the other planets of the solar system travel around the Sun are elliptical, or oval, in shape.
HOW DID THE CHANGE IMPACT SOCIETY AT THE TIME ??
The one thing that impact the society was Johannes Kepler that two of his observations were 1- he thought the heliocentric model was true. 2- were that the planets moved in a elliptical around the sun. One thing Issac newton was a law of universal gravitation and every object will attracts to other object.
how did the change impact modern day?
This changed a lot before 2000 years ago, and now everything has change because many scientist had great observations about gravity, geocentric, heliocentric. Like for example when Galileo wasn't agreed with the roman Catholic church thought that the earth was the center of the universe. And now that we have scientist that the earth goes in a elliptical.
