Aurelian built a new wall around Rome to keep the city safe from intruders.

Restitutor Orbis (restorer of the world)

Aurelian did a lot to bring the empire back together and improve it after years of devastation. He gave himself the title of Restitutor Orbis (restorer of the world).

Sol Invictus (unconquered sun)

Aurelian tried to establish Sol Invictus as supreme god of the Roman empire in order to bring more unity.

The emperor's guards were tricked into killing him because they were told he was going to murder them. His death prevented a persecution of the christian's.
