TASK: USING YOUR iPAD
- Accept the group folder into your Google Drive
- Open that folder in your iPad app>Open Flex Your Camera Folder
- Create another folder inside using the the red + button on the bottom>Folder>Title your name
- Upload all of your pictures from the Flex Your Camera Challenge

Helpful Tip
- Use Google Forms to have students turn in assignments. All submissions are time stamped and organized in a spread sheet.
- Anything, picture or file can easily be turned into a hyperlink by going to ge.tt

8. Popplet
- Mind Mapping web tool compatible through the computer and apple devices

- Go to the Popplet app or Popplet.com
- Import your nature object and create a popplet around it
- Save/Export as JPG
- Upload image to Google Drive Folder>Popplet

- Download your QR Code and upload to Google Drive>Flex Your Camera>your folder
10. Padlet
What is Padlet?
Padlet is a website that can be turned into a virtual wall.
Once the wall has been created anyone can easily post to the wall. No login necessary they just need the link to the wall.

11. Kahoot.it
TASK: USING YOUR iPAD, SMARTPHONE, or COMPUTER
1. Go to your internet & in the URL type kahoot.it
2. Log in with the class code
3. Write your nickname
4. PLAY
Tips:
- Add a video from youtube to the "lobby" while you wait for all the students to log in
- Search the PUBLIC kahoots>duplicate whichever you want to steal and edit for your classroom use

12. EDpuzzle
THIS IS AMAZING!
- Upload your own video or use one from YouTube and assign it to students.
- Can crop length of video, add questions, and add teacher voice over.
- Students cannot fast forward.
- Teacher can verify who watched it.
Teacher Set-up
- Teacher needs to create an account on the computer
- Set up classes
- Upload videos or find videos from YouTube then assign to students
Student Access
- Students will need to create an EDpuzzle account and join class using class code
- Students can download EDpuzzle app and watch from smartphone or iPads
- Students can also access videos from computer
13. Explain Everything

What can it do?
- This app can do a lot but the best feature is that you can add your voice to explain a handout or a full lecture. You can easily upload your video to YouTube or save to camera roll.
Teacher Example- Sometimes (often) you dont have time to go over the handout. Now students can check their answers outside of class when you add your video to your website.

- Make a 2 slide- 30 second video using the Explain Everything app
- Save video to Google Drive>Explain Everything Video
14. PicCollage
What is it good for?
- Replace poster paper through PicCollage, add images, stickers, and text. This can be done on smartphones and iPads.

Choose the square format
1. Open PicCollage and import your selfie
2. Write your name using the text feature
3. Include at least one sticker
4. Must have a background.
5. Save to Camera Roll
*Tip: If you don't have a photo for your school contact info you should use this one.

What is it?
- Using a computer and smore.com students can create sophisticate webpages.The website this presentation is on was created for FREE on smore.com. This is a great web-tool to show what they know.


18. Piktochart
- Students can create their own infographics using Piktochart.com

- In addition to having students create their own infographics, teachers can also find infographics online on almost any subject. Use pre-made inforgraphic for student learning.
Easiest Way to incorporate infographics in the classrrom:
- Search Google for an infographic connected to the learning objective
- Turn the infographic link into a QR Code via QRstuff.com
- Project the QR Code in the front of the class
- Students scan QR Code using their smartphones/ipads
- Have students complete the infographic analysis handout
- Share answers

19. Adobe Voice
- Open the Adobe Voice App
- Create a 5 slide Adobe Voice on anything you want
- Share your completed Adobe Voice with someone across the room from you
TIPS:
- Tell the students to write out what they will say for each slide before they speak into the app
- Or provide a fill in the blank script for students to use
- Tell them to talk REALLY loud and to lower the background music if need be & this is not a PPT- there should be minimal text
- Once their Adobe Voice is completed they can paste the link that was generated & copied to their "clipboard" to a Padlet or Google Form
22. ThingLink
- ThingLink allows user to create interactive images
- Works on all platforms: computer, iPads, & smartphone

- Once account is created go to your email to verify email
- Then create a ThingLink
- Import a picture and add 5 tags to it
- When complete click SHARE>copy the URL provided
- Paste your URL in this Google Form

- Upload the artsy picture you took of our campus via this PADLET link
- Dont write your name in the Padlet when you upload
- In the title write "THE BEST AT GETTING BETTER"

- It will show the last app or webpage they were on

- Don't feel like you have to train the students in each app or webtool activity you assign.
- Do specifiy your what you want them to accomplish and know the tech tool yourself
- Its ok to let them figure it out on their own. Its called problem solving...its a life skill. Walk around and troubleshoot as needed
