YES Card Updates

September 21, 2023

For the 2023-24 school year, ALL middle schoolers at Second Street, Elkhorn Middle, Bondurant Middle, and The Academy will be eligible for a Yes Card!!! Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover high school students, even those who have had a card in the past.

Middle school families should receive sign-up information through their student's school.

Once you've submitted your sign-up form, we will email you within 5 business days to confirm that your application has been received and to provide information about how, when and where you can pick up your student's Yes Card.

Please see below for the events scheduled so far at each school! Please do not panic if you cannot attend the event(s) listed; we are working with the schools to schedule additional times for distributing the cards and we will communicate these opportunities as they are scheduled, including through this newsletter which will be updated and sent out each Thursday.

Please check your school's info below!
