Trust.....

This picture says a lot. I feel this way too, when my phone rings and it's the county office. My hope is that you don't feel this way. We want you to see us as a part of your team and a facilitator of learning. We are all in this together and we want YOU to be the most successful teacher and person you can be. As we tread these unknown waters of TKES and the new assessment system we will be asking for lots of feedback, documentation and suggestions. It's not a gotcha! My hope is that you trust in us to know that we are working as hard as we can in order to make everyone successful and to do WHAT'S BEST FOR KIDS! Please let us know how we can support you!
