Bond Oversight Committee Presents Quarterly Report
The Bond Management Team continues to monitor the impact of global events on material availability and the cost of construction. In particular, fuel prices, ongoing supply chain disruption, and labor shortages continue to drive up the cost of construction. The Bond Management Team is implementing several strategies to keep construction projects on time and on budget, while acknowledging that the industry continues to evolve.
Other updates included progress reports on major projects including the new Athey Creek Middle School in West Linn, the nearly-completed stadium and parking project at West Linn High School, the new auditorium project at Wilsonville High School, and the new primary school in Frog Pond.
