ARE YOU READY?!
JUNE 5TH, 2015
Everything is running smoothly at PK 4. We have been practicing hard to put on a SPECTACULAR show next Thursday! The children are also very excited about learning new words and discovering how letters produce sounds that blend and produce words and how some words rhyme with others regardless of their beginning sound! They can’t wait to move up to Kindergarten next year and keep on absorbing and learning new things!

TIP OF THE WEEK
Have labeled image cards, paper and/or white boards, crayons, pencils, and/or markers available for your child. Invite him/her to copy the words they see in the cards by tracing each letter and forming up each word! Show them how proud you are of their accomplishments!

BE READY TO BE BLOWN OFF YOUR FEET!!
Wednesday, June 10th is PK 4.3’s End of Year Celebration in the classroom! Please try to be here by 8:50. We’ll begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp; let’s hope everyone is here on time. Please send the students wearing jeans and a white shirt ( no pictures on it) to school and in the buses as a regular school day so that we can reassure them before the celebration takes place and have everything and everyone set up and ready in the morning before parents start showing up!
Thanks in advance to all the families who will be able to come and participate.

PK 4 will be before or after their lunch, it will take about 1,5 hour to complete the sports day. The kids will come to school wearing their PE uniform.

THE POWER OF A WISH
On Friday PK family had the honor of welcoming a wonderful young man and his family. Jabal our Make A Wish Kid came to visit ISP with his parents and baby sister. The PK family made a memorable experience for him. We had sweet treats to share with him, gift baskets with sensory toys that he can use without help (Jabal can't see) and we gave him the news about the new playground that was getting installed at his house.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT AND ENTHUSIASM...THIS WAS ALL POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF YOU!!!
