Blaze Bulletin
Edition 39
Greetings...
Dear teachers,
I was thinking today about inspiration, and I started reading t-shirts (yes, really). I loved this one that sat in my office today:
Nothing
Comes Easy
Harriers Have Grit
So, this is a XC t-shirt, but it has relevance to all of us. And to our kids!
GO BLAZE!

*Mrs. Clawson (S-Z counselor) will be returning on Thursday, October 25. Mrs. Allen (Mrs. Clawson’s current interim) will then be covering for Mrs. Borel while she’s out on maternity leave. *This year has had a rough and hard start and our staff has shown our students so much grace and love! We’ve attached an article about how important it is to show grace to others even when it’s difficult.

- The thirst reflex only appears when our bodies are already dehydrated
- The best way of getting rid of water retention is to drink a lot of water. Water retention can be a sign of dehydration
- The thirst reflex only appears when our bodies are already dehydrated.
I could go on and on, but the point is WE SHOULD ALL BE DRINKING MORE WATER!
I challenge you to challenge yourself. Join me in taking on the one week hydration challenge. Self love is the best thing you can give yourself. Be an example not just for our students, but for yourself!
