Below is the link to our snack wishlist on Amazon. The snacks will be delivered straight to the school and distributed to the classrooms. Waiver Allows Free Meals for All Students
The District has been approved to serve free meals to ALL students regardless of meal status, as well as all community members age 18 and under. For remote learners, or those on an alternating schedule, we now have mobile ordering available through Nutrislice, either on the Nutrislice app or through the menus linked on the District website here. With the anticipated increase in curbside pickup orders, we are asking that all orders are placed by 8am for same day pickup. All students, whether in-person or remote, will be eligible for a free breakfast and a free lunch each school day. Curbside pickup lunch orders will include a breakfast for the following morning and pickups will occur at the following locations and times:
· Barry School (for Pathfinder and Barry Students): Front circle drive, 12:30 to 1:30pm
· Platte City Middle School (for Compass, Siegrist, PCMS and PCHS students): Front drive, 12:30 to 1:30 pm.
If you think you may qualify for free or reduced-priced lunch, please fill out the form linked here, so that you are covered when this free program ends. This form is not required to receive the free meals under this waiver, but helps us assist families in various other ways.
These waivers are allowed for the remainder of the school year.
Additional meals and a la carte items (extra milk, extra entrees, chips, etc.) are not included in the waiver. This waiver does not include adult meals.
We are also excited to offer a hot meal on days students eat in their classroom. On the menu, the first two options are for students in the lunchroom. The third option is for students in the classroom.
YEARBOOK ORDERS FOR 2020-2021- Deadline March 8
We also a few extra 2019-2020 yearbooks for sale for $20.
Counselor's Corner
As we approach the middle of the year, the focus during counseling lessons has been on skills necessary for academic success both in and outside of the classroom. To support our learning, discuss the following with your child(ren):
