Demographic/Student Information Update
Liberty Public Schools is again using an online “demographic/student information” update program for ALL Liberty Public School students who are returning for the 2017-18 school year. Beginning June 15, 2017, a parent/guardian of returning students will be able to review/update their child’s information online. (An email containing your child's log in information will come separate.)
The online review takes just a few minutes and ensures that your child’s school has the most up-to-date information. This includes the ability to make changes to parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts, update health information, complete the meal assistance program application, technology usage agreement, as well as reviewing several policies. Finally, it will also provide clear procedural directions should additional student information be needed. The review of student information can be completed at your convenience at home beginning June 15, 2017.
We are asking that all parents/guardians who have students enrolled for the 2017-18 school year; please log on, review, revise as needed, and submit their student’s information by the first day of school for the 2017-18 school year. Verification window will be open between the dates of June 15 - August 1, 2017.
New Residency Verification Policy - 6th and 9th Grades for 2017-2018 School Year
Incoming 6th/9th Grade Student Residency Verification Information
Attention parents of students entering the 6th and 9th grades for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year! LPS will be implementing a new residency verification policy. This will be a requirement for students starting on the first day of school (August 16, 2017). The calendar window to submit required documentation will be June 15 - July 29, 2017. Parents are encouraged to begin gathering the information below to submit during the calendar window to avoid long lines and/or enrollment delays:
- Residency declaration form
- A copy of parent/guardian photo ID
- Acceptable proofs of residency
(Two different utilities - water, gas, or electric OR lease agreement OR non-contingent home sales contract OR settlement statement from home purchase)
