Doing Better Together
November News
We are celebrating Picture Book Month. Grades K-2 are hearing the ten Virginia Readers' Choice books. Later this month each student will enter our voting booth and vote for their favorite. Grade 3 students are learning about the many genres in our library. Gds. 4-5 are learning the many uses of our digital World Book Encyclopedia and how to do advance searching on Alexandria Researcher, our online library catalog. Grades 3-5 Virginia Readers' Choice books are getting high circulation. If your child reads four, they qualify for the April 1, 2014 Voting Party Luncheon in the library.
