Hello, Jackson County 4-H Families!

We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!

If you are a returning leader, please check your email (including spam and junk folders) for an email from Steven concerning your CHC. If you haven't received an email, please reach out to our office. If you have received an email, please follow the email instructions to make sure your Criminal History Check status stays current and we can add you as a leader! Your email might have said "no action needed", in which case you're fine.

Tonight is our annual Member Recognition Night! All club officers (president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, etc.), Ambassadors, Record Book Contest participants, camp counselors, and award nominees (If you were nominated for an award, you were notified by email from Lena on Monday) are invited to attend.

The event, led by the 4-H Ambassador Team, is this evening (Monday, November 28th) from 6:30 - 7:45 pm at the Extension Center. Horse Versatility Awards will also be given out. An array of desserts, drinks and awards will be provided!

Interstate Exchange Needs More Participants!

The Interstate Exchange club is ready to get going, save one thing--they need boys! Any young men in 8th-11th grade are encouraged to join the Interstate Exchange club! Interstate Exchange does not take a lot of your time and can be a nice compliment to your other 4-H activities. We have monthly meetings and plenty of fundraisers to help with the cost of travel.

Historically, interstate exchange participants who participated in fundraising had the entire cost covered.
