Negative stress, distress, can cause anxiety or concern. It also helps to know what stresses you out which are called stressors.

How can You prevent stress?

There are three ways to prevent stress:

Primary Interventions: You can alter the nature of the stressors and reduce the risk factors before they begun.

Secondary Intervention: help equip people with the knowledge, skills, and resources to cope with stressful conditions.

Tertiary Interventions: Where you treat and rehabilitate the people that are stressed.
